The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's very close to the beach and right in the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was a nice bonus.

I recently spent my Christmas vacation at a centrally located hotel in Isla Mujeres. the spacious room was equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was convenient for storing and heating up leftovers from the delicious local restaurants. the hotel was just a short walk from the Ultramar ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the island and nearby attractions. I also appreciated the helpful staff, who provided recommendations and assistance whenever needed.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the internet in the room did not work properly, making it difficult to stay connected.

Excellent location near the ferry terminal, plaza, bars, restaurants, and the beach. Spacious rooms with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and new linen on the third day. Nice balcony, great AC, and free beach towels. Friendly and helpful staff who arranged a doctor's visit when needed. Good price compared to other options.

The hotel is in a great location, just off the center of town. It is close to North Beach, which is beautiful, and the main street with all the restaurants and shops.

The internet connection is intermittent and frustrating.

We had a fantastic time here! The location was perfect for us, right in the center and just a short walk from where we arrived. The housekeeping service was great, our room was always clean and tidy. The air conditioning was amazing, which was especially nice after a long day exploring. The room also had tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and surrounded by a plethora of amazing restaurants. The room we stayed in was absolutely spacious and well-equipped, with a large living room area, kitchen, full-size fridge, and a stovetop. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony, which could be enjoyed from both the bedroom and the living room. The staff at this hotel were friendly and bilingual, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. this hotel provided enhanced comfort, quality services, and everything we could possibly need for a memorable stay.

While our stay at this hotel was exceptional, there were a few minor drawbacks for more pampered travelers like ourselves. the lack of an elevator may pose an inconvenience for some guests.
